Rural accommodation with 6 rooms for 14 people in the Penedès.
The farmhouse dates from 1800 and has been restored by converting it in comfortable and welcoming , with all the details to have a stay to remember. The stone walls are the only architectural element that recalls the past and integrates harmoniously with the present, with modern materials while respecting the environment and the environment. Wood, glass and warm colors make for a cozy atmosphere. The furniture is comfortable and functional, with pieces with history, recovered from the family environment and restored. On the ground floor there is a fully equipped kitchen with refrigerator , large freezer, electric oven, microwave, ceramic hob, dishwasher and small appliances. Dining room with table for 20 people. Living room with TV, fireplace, heating, wifi internet connection. Toilet. Indoor game room with table football and ping-pong table. Double room with single bathroom adapted for the disabled.
Upstairs there are 5 double rooms with single bathroom. Small library, relaxation area, room with washing machine, dryer and ironing board. Terrace with views.
The outdoor area has an enclosed perimeter. It has barbecue and wood oven, lawn, pool, sun loungers, swings, slide and sandpit. Ample parking. Outdoor tables where you can enjoy the outdoors.
Cal Dragano is ideal for wine tourism stays in the Penedès and enjoy the wines and cavas of the region.

- Payment and deposit of the property is non-refundable, but if necessary, a change of date can be agreed.
- In July and August the minimum stay is 1 week.
